REMOTE CHARGE
 |
The URC-15 Ultor Remote Mining Charge is every amateur bomber's best-friend. These little bundles of joy will stick to anything once thrown, including the ugly butts and uglier faces of Ultor guards. Once thrown, the detonator pops up and you can let it blow at your discretion. You can only deploy one of these babies at a time, so a well thought out tactical deployment is highly advised in an actual combat situation. And yes, it is a big red button that blows 'em up. Enemies will never use the Remote Charge against you. |
- Primary Fire: Toss and then detonate to explode.
- Alternate Fire: Not applicable.
- Pros: An excellent geo-modding tool and a wonderful way to kill a man.
- Cons: No ability to lay a bunch of charges and detonate them all at the same time is totally bogus. It's also pretty difficult to actually stick the charge to enemies unless you're willing to take a ton of fire.
- Recommendation: You'll barely use this weapon throughout the game in an actual combat situation, more often than not action is too heated to warrant a quick switch and switch back. It is an excellent tool for geo-modding, but it's just too difficult to deploy and detonate in a firefight without getting your ass shot off.
